Claude asked us to be there at 8:30 am for setup and to be ready to go by 9:00 am. Claude mentioned that Patrol Leaders were identified and these individuals would be responsible for specific groups of Scouts. We expect 110 Scouts and numerous parents at this training. Tyson asked us to take some photographs for the Website. After some discussion we decided to bring our own cameras and take photos since we could not dedicate an official photographer. Claude will inquire if we need special permission to take photos of the scouts. Mike indicated that a reporter from the Frederick News Post will be there to cover the program. Mike mentioned that he will run off some recent or new copies of NRCC and make them available for the training. Tyson said he would be glad to update the pamphlet with the correct dates if Mike would send it to him. We spoke a little bit about of individual talks and we all came to the conclusion that we have to be brief and keep things moving along.

Wood Stove Program: Many Board members seemed interested in helping sponsor this program and thought that it would be best run in early November when people are thinking about firewood. Board members asked Mike to contact Jon Kays to see what role the Forestry Board would be expected to play and flesh out other details of the program.
